Free Standard Domestic Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard domestic shipping on all orders over $250.
Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods: Orders are dispatched via USPS or UPS Ground. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders may vary based on your location and local customs regulations.
PROCESSING TIME
Order Processing: We aim to process orders within 3-5 business days upon payment confirmation.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect customer-provided address information. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact Pauline Diep promptly.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT
Lost or Stolen Packages: Please note that Pauline Diep is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, kindly contact your local carrier for more information. Resending of packages will not be provided.
Damaged Orders: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue.
