Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for choosing Pauline Diep! We want to ensure your shopping experience with us is enjoyable. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return and refund policy.
Return Policy:
- You may return item(s) purchased within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping, taxes and duties.
- Return merchandise must be received, unworn, unused and unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging with the receipt along with your order number.
- Items returned after 30 day after delivery are eligible for store credit only.
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code for the value of the item(s) excluding shipping, taxes and duties.
- Store credit will be issued 10 days upon receipt of returned items, allowing time for inspection.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@paulinediep.com for a Return Authorization.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with additional instructions on how to complete your return.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
- You can always contact us for any return question at info@paulinediep.com.
Exchange Policy:
- We do not currently offer exchanges.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@paulinediep.com, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- All returned item(s) remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Pauline Diep.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- We cannot accept returns or refund for used, dirty or damaged items.
- We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
